Security Day:  Enterprise Security Survey

Thank you for your attendance at Security Day '09.  We were able to get some great feedback on our Enterprise Security effort.  We hope that you gained some insight on the offerings that SOS is preparing, and that we are heading in a direction that will be of value to you.

The winner of Johnny's book was Chris Demchak of TLT.  Congratulations Chris, we hope you enjoy the book.

The results from our survey will help us to align our service offerings with the needs of the University.  Please review our intial findings below.

    • 100% of respondents said they see value in our efforts, with the majority of users indicating they would take advantage of the services as well.
    • As shown in the chart below, the top three concerns and challenges included - Awareness, End User  (Admin Access, Awareness, etc), Mobile (Travelers, Laptops, Mobile devices, etc)
    • All of the Awareness topics were given a value at least 4 out of 5, with SysAdmin Security, InfoSec Basics/Awareness, and Managing Risk being the top three requested sessions.
Should you have any questions or additional feedback to provide, please contact Security Operations and Services
